My son might be back at school today, and feeling very grown up, but he hasn't forgotten the story of the Big Bad Wolf. We came across it the other day, and it refired his imagination to such an extent that he involved his playground friends in a game that included protecting themselves from this fictional threat. Luckily, it didn't take much in the way of reassurance to remind him that he isn't a little pig, and is immune from such a creature. Don't be sucked in to an unnecessary anxiety.
